With the support of sound and energy work from our trained facilitators—a Reiki Master and a Vocal Alchemist—you’ll be gently guided to reconnect with this natural flow through music, intention, and mindful facilitation. It’s an opportunity to release what no longer serves you, restore balance, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and recharged—with a renewed sense of vitality, presence, and connection to your vibrant, embodied essence.
This intuitive process supports the shedding of stagnant energy, the opening of energetic pathways, and a deep realignment of mind, body, and spirit.
🤍 Closing Circle & Community Potluck
We’ll complete our journey by gathering in a closing circle, followed by a nourishing potluck—a space to share food, stories, and authentic connection. We invite you to contribute a vegetarian or vegan dish as we anchor the day’s energy in the community.
