Join us for a nourishing outdoor session where breath and movement come together in a natural setting.
We begin with a few minutes of conscious breathing and grounding exercises to arrive fully in the body and the moment. Then, Mathilde will guide you through a mindful and energizing Pilates session, accessible to all levels. We’ll close the circle with soft breath and presence to integrate the experience.
